What may and may not be sent through our infrastructure — and why we enforce it strictly.
Last updated: 10 September 2026. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every account.
The short version. This platform is for business correspondence between people who know each other. If you need to send the same message to a large list of people who did not individually ask you for it, this is the wrong platform — and we will help you find the right one rather than let it damage delivery for everybody else.
Every customer on this platform sends through shared infrastructure. If one account sends unsolicited mail, our sending servers are listed on blocklists, and the consequence lands on every customer: quotations stop arriving, purchase orders go to spam folders, and the damage takes weeks to undo.
That is not a hypothetical. It is the single most common way a small email provider fails, and it is why the rules below are enforced by system limits and outbound filtering, not only by contract.
The following are prohibited on our infrastructure, without exception and regardless of the recipient's location:
If you need to send campaigns: tell us. We will help you set up a dedicated bulk provider on separate infrastructure, with its own sending domain and its own servers, so that a campaign can never affect the delivery of your business correspondence. This is a normal request and we would much rather have the conversation than discover it in the logs.
Outbound volume is limited per mailbox. New accounts are limited more strictly during their first days of operation, after which the standard limit applies. These limits are set well above normal business correspondence and are not intended to interfere with it; if your legitimate use approaches them, contact us and we will review the account rather than let messages queue.
Authentication is required for all message submission. Sending mail through the platform without authenticating is not possible, and the platform does not act as an open relay.
We monitor outbound mail for the patterns described above. Depending on severity we may: contact you and ask for an explanation; apply a temporary sending limit; suspend the mailbox concerned; suspend the account; or, for serious and ongoing abuse, terminate the account.
Where abuse is active and damaging — an account sending phishing or spam right now — we suspend first and explain immediately afterwards. We accept that this is disruptive, and we consider it less damaging than the alternative for every other customer on the platform.
No refund is due for a period during which an account was suspended for breach of this policy.
If you have received mail from our infrastructure that you believe breaches this policy, write to abuse@asiamailservices.com. Please include the full message headers and the date and time with the time zone.
Reports are reviewed by a person, every day, and we aim to respond within 24 hours. Other mail operators are welcome to contact us at postmaster@asiamailservices.com about deliverability or mail-operations matters.
