Asia Mail Services

Asia Mail Services

Business email hosting for companies trading between China and Brazil. Your own domain, a gateway in Singapore, support in Portuguese, Chinese and English.

Companies trading between China and Brazil tend to run their correspondence on the wrong tools: a Chinese domestic provider with weak reputation abroad, Gmail (blocked in mainland China), or Microsoft 365 degraded by the Great Firewall. Quotations and purchase orders end up in spam folders, and nobody supports both sides in their own language.

Asia Mail Services hosts mailboxes on the customer's own domain and routes all mail through a gateway in Singapore, reachable from both sides, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured per domain. Accounts are set up by hand. Bulk and marketing mail are not accepted.

Why companies in this trade need it

What we see when we review a new customer's domain:

SituationWhat goes wrong
Chinese exporter on 163.com or QQWeak international reputation. The Brazilian importer on Google or Microsoft finds the message in spam days later, or never.
Chinese exporter on GmailGmail is blocked in mainland China.
Chinese company on Microsoft 365Slow and unstable through the Great Firewall; mobile sync silently stops.
Brazilian importer on a local providerPoor deliverability towards Chinese providers; quotations arrive late.
Both sides at onceNo provider supports them in Portuguese and Chinese at the same time.

Who runs it

Asia Mail Services is operated by Thiago Henrique, from Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The operating company is being incorporated, in Hong Kong or mainland China; until then the service is provided under the operator's own responsibility, as stated in the Terms of Service.
